Q What are your check in and check out times?
A Check in is at 4pm, and check out at 12 noon.

Q Do you allow late check outs?
A Yes, for a fee - ½ of rack rate between 2pm-5pm. After 5pm the full rate applies.

Q What method of payments do you accept?
A We accept VS,MC,AX,DS,DC and Cash.

Q Are pets allowed in the hotel guest rooms?
A No, the Hampton Inn Erie does not allow pets.

Q What is the minimum age requirement to rent a room?
A You must be 21 to rent a room.

Q How many people can I have in my room?
A It depends on the room, between 4 and 5 people total. Please call for details.

Q Is there an extra charge for additional guests?
A The charge for additional guests is $10 per person.

Q Do you have smoking rooms?
A Hampton Inn Erie offers guests a smoke-free environment, guests may smoke outside.

Q What is your cancellation policy?
A Your stay can be cancelled until 6 pm on the day of arrival on a standard reservation. Group or third party reservations may have other restrictions.

Q Do you provide cribs, cots or rollaway beds?
A Playpens and cots can be provided on request at no additional charge.

Q Do you have special rates for AAA or seniors?
A Yes, the discount varies seasonally.

Q Do you have on-site parking?
A Yes, well lit on site parking is complimentary.

Q Do you have a restaurant and lounge?
A No, but we have a great Hampton on the House® hot breakfast buffet offered daily as well as complimentary On the Run® breakfast bags to go available Monday - Friday.

Q How far are you from the airport?
A We are located 10 Miles/15minutes from the Erie International airport.

A Our address is: 8050 Old Oliver Road, Erie, PA 16509

Q How do I get to the hotel?
A See our Directions page.

Q Do you have Internet access?
A Yes, we have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout the hotel.

Q Do you have a pool?
A Yes. We have an indoor heated pool.

Q Do you have a Fitness Center?
A Yes, we have a newly renovated fitness center that includes two treadmills, elliptical machine, and bicycle all with personal viewing screens. We also provide medicine balls and free weights.

Q Do you have a shuttle?
A We do not have shuttle service but there is taxi service available from the airport or to other locations in the Erie area.

Q Do you have Jacuzzi rooms?
A Yes, we have a select number of Jacuzzi rooms. Our jacuzzi's are located in our bathroom area and are an enlarged tub with the Jacuzzi jets.

Q Do you have adjoining rooms?
A Yes, they are on a request basis only and can not be guaranteed available until the day of your arrival. Only our King bedded room adjoins with 2 Queen beds.

Q Do you have laundry facilities for guest use?
A Yes, we have a coin operated washer and dryer on the property. We also have vending for detergent. In addition, the property has valet laundry Monday - Friday. See hotel for prices and times for pickup and delivery.

Q Are you close to Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park?
A Yes, the hotel is located minutes from Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park. We do not offer any discount tickets.

Q Do all your rooms have microwaves and refrigerators?
A All rooms have these available for your convenience.

Q Are you the only Hampton Inn in Erie PA?
A Yes. There was another Hampton Inn on 12th street several years ago but it changed to a different hotel name.

Q How close is the Presque Isle Downs and Casino?
A The Casino is 3 miles east of the Hampton Inn at Exit 27 off I-90.

Q Do you have 2 Queen Size beds in your rooms?
YES, our room have 2 Queen size beds or a king size bed/with pull out sofa.

Q How far are you from Presque Isle State Park?
A The hotel is 10 miles from the State Park.

Q How long since your last renovation?
A The hotel has had several phases of renovations over the years. Please call for details.

Q What does your breakfast consist of?
A Cereals, fruit, bagels, muffins, yogurt, specialty breads, Belgium waffles, and 2 selections of hot items per day.

Q Do you have a Hilton Honors rate?
A No, we do not have a rate for Hilton Honors members but there are many benefits that are associated to this program. See Hilton Honors website for details.
